ADSU Accommodation Allocation 2025/2026: Schedule, Deadlines, and Required Documents

Adamawa State University (ADSU), Mubi has released the official hostel accommodation allocation schedule for newly admitted and returning students for the 2025/2026 academic session.

Allocation Schedule and Deadlines

Accommodation will be allocated in two batches on a first-come, first-serve basis due to limited bed spaces:

• First Allocation Batch: January 8, 2026 at 7:30 a.m.
• Second Allocation Batch: January 15, 2026 at 7:30 a.m.
• Important: Reservations are valid for 4 days only. Failure to complete payment within this period will result in automatic revocation of your allocation.

Required Documents

Students must submit the following to the Student Affairs Office on their specified allocation date:

• Photocopy of current school fees receipt

Abubakar Barde Campus

• Faculty of Agriculture
• Faculty of Education
• Faculty of Social Science
• Faculty of Management and Administration
• Faculty of Environmental Science

Boni Campus

• Faculty of Arts
• Faculty of Science and Computing
• Faculty of Law
• Department of Science Education (100, 200, 400 levels)
