Learn how Ulearngo handles refunds for Google Play purchases, web subscriptions, and offline activation-key products.
This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases made from Ulearngo.
Google Play purchases
If you bought a Ulearngo subscription or product through Google Play, Google Play's billing and refund process applies.
- For recent purchases, start from your Google Play order history.
- After the standard Google Play self-service window, Google may direct you to contact the developer for help.
- Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals, but it does not automatically refund past payments.
Web subscriptions and plans
For subscriptions purchased directly from Ulearngo on the web:
- Monthly plans are generally refundable within 7 days of purchase or renewal.
- Annual plans are generally refundable within 30 days of purchase or renewal.
- Outside the refund window, payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
- Refunds are not prorated for unused time after the refund window has passed.
Offline apps, activation keys, and license products
Offline products, activation keys, PINs, and other one-time license purchases are generally non-refundable once the key, PIN, or license has been delivered, activated, redeemed, or used to unlock software or downloadable content.
This is because these purchases provide immediate access to licensed software and downloadable educational content.
We may still review refund requests in limited cases, including:
- duplicate or accidental duplicate charges;
- a technical fault caused by Ulearngo that prevents activation or normal use and that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable time; or
- situations where a refund is required by applicable law.
Reseller and bulk license purchases
Bulk PIN, activation-key, and reseller license purchases are generally non-refundable once the purchase has been delivered, generated, or used.
How to request help
To request a refund review or get billing help, contact [email protected] and include:
- your registered email address;
- the platform where you made the purchase;
- your transaction ID, order number, or receipt if available; and
- a short explanation of the issue.
We aim to review refund requests within 5 business days.
Important notes
- Refunds are returned through the same payment method used for the original purchase where possible.
- If you purchased through a third-party platform, that platform may control the final refund process.
- If you cancel a subscription, access usually continues until the end of the paid billing period unless the subscription is refunded and revoked earlier.
