The Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB) Students' Union Government (SUG) has released an important update regarding the NELFUND loan disbursement process for the 2024/2025 academic session.
The 2024/2025 disbursement cycle has eliminated a previous requirement. Students will no longer be required to write letters to access their funds. Instead, approved loans will transfer directly to student accounts, streamlining the entire process.
All FUNAAB students with approved NELFUND loans for this academic year will benefit from this simplified process.
Students with inactive or incorrect bank account information must attend a mandatory correction session:
Note: There will be no other opportunity to correct account details. Students who miss this session may not receive their funds on time.
The disbursement is scheduled for the following week. Students are advised to ensure their bank account information is correct and active before the disbursement date to avoid any delays in receiving their loan funds.
