Sa'adu Zungur University Pharmacology Registration Requirements for New Students

The Nigerian Pharmacology Students Association at Sa'adu Zungur University (formerly Bauchi State University) has issued mandatory registration guidelines for newly admitted 100-level students during the 2025/2026 first semester.

Registration Instructions

The notice, signed by Secretary Mamuda Korau, directs students to report to the departmental Secretary's Office with the required documentation.

Required Documents

New students must present the following documents:

• JAMB Admission Letter
• Official School Admission Letter
• Completed Online Screening Form (2025/2026)
• School Payment Receipts (both copies)
• Signed Online Course Registration Form
• Original JAMB Result
• Completed Medical Forms
• SSCE Certificate
• Primary School Certificate
• Certificate of Indigeneship
• Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age
• Two recent passport photographs
