Following the sale of 2017 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) forms that began on Monday, 20th 2017, many candidates all over Nigeria are struggling to buy the form as the registration is expected to last for 1 month only.
This is no exception in Borno, but the annoying thing is that some candidates are being flog as they struggle to do their registration by security officials.
The video below was shared by one Yadomah Mandara, it shows a large number of candidates in Maiduguri, Borno state on a queue under the scorching sun trying to do their registration.
The security officials did not help matters as they were harassing the students, flogging them like animals.
Apparently, this did not only happen in Borno but also in Ilorin.
