UI Post UTME Form and Screening Details for 2023/2024 Announced
University of Ibadan (UI) 2023/2024 Post UTME screening form for all UTME admission-seeking candidates is now available as has been announced by the institution. All concerned aspirants and interested members of the public that wish to study in the institution are hereby notified and advised to procure their forms as soon as possible.
According to the school’s management and authorities, the process of registering candidates for 2023/2024 Post UTME Screening Exercise registration has commenced in the University of Ibadan (UI). The details of the registration, cut off mark have been released likewise.

UI Post UTME Eligibility
This is to inform candidates who made the University of Ibadan their institution of first choice and scored 200 and above in the 2023 UTME that the University website will be open on Monday, 23 October 2023 to Friday, 17 November 2023. Candidates should also note that there may be no extension of the registration period.
Instructions for the registration are available at the admission portal on https://www.admissions.ui.edu.ng and candidates are advised to pay attention to the instructions.

Payment Guidelines and Method of Application for UI Post UTME Screening
Candidates are required to log in to the Admission Portal (https://www.admissions.ui.edu.ng) using their Jamb Registration Number (e. g. 12345678EG) as username and surname as password e. g. oyekanmi, chibuzor, umar (note that this is lowercase).
A portal access fee of N3,000.00 and screening fee of N2,000.00 should be paid through the ADMISSION PORTAL in favour of University of Ibadan (Admission Processing Fee Account). Candidate’s Telephone Number and e-mail address should be provided at the point of payment.
Payment Options:
i) Credit/Debit Card Payment using ATM card
ii) Cash at bank using the print-out from the portal to make payment at the bank
iii) Direct bank account debit whereby you use your internet banking tools to make payment.
(b) Upon successful payment, candidates should login to the portal after TWO (2) WEEKS to print their bio-data.
DATE OF POST UTME
The post-UTME examination shall take place from Monday, 27 November 2023 to Friday, 01 December 2023. The examination date for each candidate will be communicated in due course.
Candidates are therefore advised to provide valid and active email addresses and phone numbers. The University will not take responsibility for failure to get information as a result of invalid email addresses and non-functional phone numbers.
Candidates who will not be sixteen (16) years of age as at the time of picking up the admission, would not be cleared for admission until the following session.
Candidates also seeking admission to the programmes at the College of Medicine and Faculty of Pharmacy must possess five (5) credits at one sitting in relevant O/level subjects. For other programmes, candidates presenting two O/level results must have at least six (6) credits in relevant subjects. Kindly note that the University of Ibadan does not accept IJMB and JUPEP but only WAEC, NECO and ICGS as well as Cambridge Advance Level, NCE, NRN, OND, HND and Degree certificates from recognised Institutions for Direct Entry admission. HISTORY
Established some 67 years ago, the University of Ibadan, UI as it is fondly referred to, is the first University in Nigeria. Until 1962 when it became a full fledged independent University, it was a College of the University of London in a special relationship scheme.
The University, which took off with academic programmes in Arts, Science and Medicine, is now a comprehensive citadel of learning with academic programmes in thirteen Faculties namely, Arts, Science, Basic Medical Sciences, Clinical Sciences, Agriculture and Forestry, the Social Sciences, Education, Veterinary Medicine, Pharmacy, Technology, Law, Public Health and Dentistry. The Faculties of the Basic Medical Sciences, Clinical Sciences, Public Health and Dentistry are organized as a College of Medicine.

A new National Institute for Maternal Child & Neonatal Health (NIMCNH) & Institute for Infectious Diseases are under construction. A new School of Business (UISB) is expected to take off later this year. The University, as part of efforts to fulfil a God given mandate of promoting Nigeria’s development, established a Research Foundation (UIRF).
