How to delete your Ulearngo account

You can request account deletion from your account settings page after signing in.

1. Sign in to https://app.ulearngo.com/settings/account.
2. Open your account settings.
3. Select the option to delete your account and confirm your request.

What happens after you delete your account

• Your Ulearngo account access is removed as soon as the deletion request is processed.
• You will be signed out of services linked to that account.
• Some learning activity and user-linked records are deleted automatically as part of the deletion process.
• If you use an offline app, deleting your account does not automatically uninstall the app or erase files already stored on a device you control. To remove local data from your own device, uninstall the app or clear its local storage.

Subscriptions, purchases, and licenses

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription or any other third-party subscription. If you have an active subscription, cancel it through the same platform where you bought it to avoid future charges.

What data may still be retained

Some records may need to be kept after account deletion. This can include billing, payment, license, fraud-prevention, security, audit, and legal-compliance records.

Where we must keep such records, we keep only what is necessary for those purposes and retain them only for as long as the relevant legal, accounting, security, or operational obligation applies. After that, the records are deleted or anonymized where appropriate.
