A release signed by the Deputy Registrar, Acho Elendu/Head, Media, and Public Affairs, puts the venue at the Senate chambers, while time is 12 noon.
The release further invites the Deans of Faculty offering Postgraduate programs in the University, and requests all to be seated by 11.30 am before the arrival of the Vice Chancellor.
