ABU Zaria Mop Up Post UTME Screening for 2024/2025 Session
ABU Post UTME Form and Screening [Mop-Up] Announced for 2018/2019: ABU Post-UTME candidates should please note that those who for one reason or another missed their screening at the scheduled dates should come on Monday 3rd September, 2018 from 7.AM to 12.PM for mop-up screening.
ABU Post UTME Screening Update
Further to the Special Bulletin Vol.16 No.40 dated 19th August, 2024, candidates who missed their PUTME screening schedules are hereby informed that a mop-up screening is scheduled for them as follows:
- Date: Wednesday, 2nd October, 2024
- Time: 7.30am
- Venue: Iya Abubakar Institute of ICT,
- ABU Main Campus, Samaru, Zaria
Candidates who face difficulties on the registration can go to the venue of the screening for necessary assistance by our technical staff.
ABU Post-UTME form, registration details, cut-off mark, eligibility, application cost, screening dates, and other relevant information for the 2024/2025 academic sessions is out. Cut-off mark is 180. Cost is N2000.

QUALIFICATION FOR SCREENING
All candidates with UTME Score of 180 and above are eligible to attend the screening exercise.

SCREENING DATE AND DETAILS
The screening exercise has been scheduled to hold as indicated below.
1. 25th September, 2024 (Wednesday) – Faculty of Social Science, ABU Business School
2. 26th September, 2024 (Thursday) – Faculty of Administration, Agriculture, Arts, Education, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical and Veterinary Sciences
3. 27th September, 2024 (Friday) – Faculty of Engineering and Environmental Design
4. 28th September, 2024 (Saturday) – Faculty of Allied Health Sciences
5. 30th September, 2024 (Monday) – Basic Medical Sciences, Basic Clinical Sciences, Dental Surgery
Candidates are required to come along with their original JAMB printout.
Any UTME/DE candidate who fails to REGISTER for the Screening Exercise will not be eligible for admission into the University
Note: Candidates can undergo the screening in any of the screening exercise in any of the following centres:
i) Iya Abubakar Institute of Information and Communication Technology (IAIICT)
ii) Distance Learning Center (DLC)
iii) Computer Based Tests (CBT) Centre
Candidates are required to come along with their original JAMB and Post-UTME registration printouts.
Any UTME/DE candidate who fails to REGISTER for the Screening Exercise will not be eligible for admission into the University.
DE candidates are to note that they are only expected to register and upload their results for screening.
REGISTRATION DETAILS
Registration for the screening exercise commences on 19th August and closes on 30th September, 2024.
To register, Candidates are required to visit and login to: https://portal.abu.edu.ng/forms or click on 2024/2025 Post UTME Registration on the Ahmadu Bello University website https://abu.edu.ng.
Applicants are required to pay the sum of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00) only as a registration fee for the screening exercise.
Payment to be made via REMITA using the Option of POS (Point of Sale) at designated offices within the Campus, online payment OR by printing the REMITA RETRIEVAL REFERENCE (RRR) slip and proceeding to any Bank

About ABU
Ahmadu Bello University began with the faculties of Agriculture, Engineering, Law and Sciences, fifteen academic departments and 426 students. The University covers a land area of about 7,000 hectares and encompasses two campuses, twelve Faculties, a Postgraduate School and 82 academic departments. It also has five Institutes, six Specialized Centers, a Division of Agricultural Colleges, a School of Basic and Remedial Studies, a Demonstration Secondary School, a Primary School and a Consultancy Outfit which .provides a variety of services to the University and the wider society.
