ABU Zaria: Upload Your Credentials on Registration Portal or Risk Exam Barring

Ahmadu Bello University has directed undergraduate students admitted for the 2021/2022 and 2023/2024 sessions to upload their credentials on the Students Registration Portal. This is mandatory for printing examination cards.

Who Must Upload

This directive applies to ABU undergraduate students admitted in:

• 2021/2022 academic session
• 2023/2024 academic session

Required Documents

You must upload the following documents to the Students Registration Portal:

• JAMB Admission Letter
• JAMB Result
• Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age
• Certificate of Indigene (from your local government)
• O-Level Result (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB)
• A-Level Result (for Direct Entry students only)
• Notary Public Affidavit (if applicable to your case)
• Attestation documents (if applicable)

Critical Requirement

Upload the same documents you presented during your initial registration or screening exercise. Don't submit different versions or updated documents - use what you originally provided.

How to Upload

1. Visit the ABU Students Registration Portal
2. Log in with your student credentials
3. Navigate to the document upload section
4. Upload each required document (ensure clear, legible scans)
5. Verify all documents uploaded correctly
6. Submit for processing

Consequences of Not Uploading

You cannot print your examination card without uploading these documents.

No examination card means:

• You cannot write semester examinations
• You'll have carryover courses
• Your academic progress will be delayed
• You may need to defer the session

Upload Immediately

Don't wait for a specific deadline. Upload your documents as soon as possible to avoid:

• Last-minute portal congestion
• Technical issues during busy periods
• Missing examination card printing windows
• Unnecessary academic delays
