ADSU Post UTME Form Information for 2024/2025

Adamawa State University (ADSU), Mubi 2024/2025 Post UTME screening form for all UTME admission-seeking candidates is now available as has been announced by the institution. All concerned aspirants and interested members of the public that wish to study in the institution are hereby notified and advised to procure their forms as soon as possible.

According the school’s management and authorities, the process of registering candidates for 2024/2025 Post UTME Screening Exercise registration has commenced in the Adamawa State University (ADSU), Mubi. The details of the registration, cut off mark have been released likewise.

This is to inform all suitably qualified candidates who possess five (5) ‘O’ Level credits including Maths and English and scored 140, and above points in the 2023 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), and Direct Entry (DE) who have chosen Adamawa State University, Mubi as their First Choice, that screening exercise for the 2024/2025 Academic Session Admission is scheduled to hold from 8th August to 7th October 2023. Eligible candidates should log onto the University website: www.adsu.edu.ng click on post UTME and fill in the necessary information.

Candidates who did not choose Adamawa State University, Mubi and are willing to change, are advised to log onto JAMB website and effect their first choice of institution to Adamawa State University, Mubi.

Eligibility

UTME candidates who possess five ‘O’ Level credits including Maths and English and scored 140, and above points in the 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), and DE candidates who choose Adamawa State University, Mubi as their most preferred Institution (First Choice).

Candidates who did not choose Adamawa State University, Mubi but are now willing, are advised to log onto JAMB website and effect their first choice of Institution to Adamawa State University, Mubi.

THE SCREENING PROCEDURE

a. The screening exercise will commence from Monday, 5th August to Friday, 4th October, 2024.

b. The Screening fee is two thousand (2,000) Naira only.

c. The Method of Payment is Online

d. Candidate are to scan and upload relevant documents such as;

i. Jamb result/DE Slip

ii. ‘O’ Level/’A’ level results

iii. Candidates awaiting their ‘O’ Level result should indicate. iv. Candidates are advised to use their JAMB registration number as their user name and surname as password (As reflected on the UTME/DE registration slip).

About ADSU

Adamawa State University, Mubi (ADSU) was established in January 2002 by the Adamawa State University (ADSU) law No. 10 of 2001. The University is located in Mubi town, in the Northern Senatorial District of Adamawa State, Nigeria. Mubi is geographically located within latitude 10.27 and longitude 13.28 and has an elevation of 1906 feet above sea level situated at the foot of the Mandara Mountains separating Nigeria from the Republic of Cameroun. It is characterised by pleasant weather and beautiful scenic horizons. The town is the sect of the Emirate of Mubi with a First Class Emir.

Adamawa State University, Mubi is the first State Government owned University in the North-East sub-region of Nigeria. Since establishment, the University has graduated a total of four sets of students, 67 in the 2005/2006 session, 200 in the 2006/2007 session, 309 in the 2007/2008 session, and 353 in the 2008/2009 session totaling 929 graduates. At present, the University has a total of 4, 600 undergraduate students, and 384 pursuing Postgraduate Diplomas and higher degrees. The total number of the academic staff of the University is 229 supported by 52 visiting and 7 part-time lecturers. These are complemented by 166 senior non-academic staff and 281 junior staff of different cadres.
