AFIT Post-UTME 2025: Screening Schedule August 18-20 for Engineering and Science Programs

The Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT), Kaduna, has released its Post-UTME screening schedule for the 2025/2026 academic session. The examination will take place from August 18-20, 2025, organized by program categories.

Engineering and Science Programs:

• Aerospace Engineering
• Mechatronics Engineering
• Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• Civil Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Automotive Engineering
• Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics degrees

August 19, 2025

Computing and Diploma Programs:

• Computer Science
• Cyber Security
• National Diploma programs in Engineering
• National Diploma programs in Business

August 20, 2025

Mop-Up Examination: For candidates who missed their scheduled date due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

Eligibility

Only candidates who:

• Selected AFIT as first choice in JAMB
• Have successfully registered for AFIT Post-UTME
• Received screening acknowledgment slip

will be allowed access to examination venues.

What to Bring

Required Items:

• JAMB result slip
• AFIT Post-UTME acknowledgment slip (printed after registration)
• Calculator (non-programmable)
• Valid means of identification
• Pen/pencil

Prohibited Items: Phones, smartwatches, programmable calculators, bags, notes.

Important Guidelines

• Arrive Early: Be at the venue at least 30 minutes before exam time
• Dress Code: Wear decent, formal attire
• No Proxies: Only the registered candidate will be allowed to write the exam
• Follow Instructions: Listen carefully to invigilators' directions

The AFIT Post-UTME typically tests:
