• A caretaker committee will be constituted by the Students' Affairs Division
• The caretaker committee will work in collaboration with respective Deans and Heads of Departments
• This interim committee will oversee student leadership duties until the next academic period
• Possible penalties including disenfranchisement for non-compliant associations
