AKSU Opens Part-Time Degree Admission for 2025/2026 Academic Session

Akwa Ibom State University's Centre for Continuing Education at Obio Akpa Campus has commenced admissions for part-time degree programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session.

Eligibility Requirements

Prospective candidates must possess any of the following qualifications:

  • SSCE (Senior School Certificate Examination)
  • WAEC (West African Examinations Council)
  • NECO (National Examinations Council)
  • NABTEB (National Business and Technical Examinations Board)

Note: Part-time candidates are exempt from UTME examination.

Application Procedure

  1. JAMB Registration: Visit the JAMB e-facility portal at jamb.gov.ng/e-facility, any JAMB State Office, or an accredited CBT centre
  2. Click the Part-Time Registration Link
  3. Pay ₦3,500 plus ₦700 bank charges via Remita
  4. Log onto AKSU's Centre for Continuing Education portal
  5. Pay the non-refundable application fee of ₦7,500
  6. Complete the online application form
  7. Submit photocopied credentials to the Administrative Secretary at the Centre for Continuing Education
