The Akwa Ibom State University (AKSU) Students' Union Directorate of Information has announced that physical screening for newly admitted students in the 2025/2026 academic session will commence on Wednesday, December 3rd, 2025.
Screening Date
Start Date: Wednesday, December 3rd, 2025
All newly admitted students for the 2025/2026 academic session are required to appear for the physical screening exercise with all necessary documentation.
Required Documents
New students must bring the following original documents and their photocopies:
Essential Documents
- Acceptance Fee receipt (teller)
- Original WAEC certificate
- Original NECO result
- WAEC scratch card
- NECO verification PIN/token
- JAMB result
- JAMB admission letter (institution copy)
- Medical fitness certificate
- Recommendation letter
- Recent passport photographs
- AKSU school files with clips
- Birth certificate or age declaration
For Direct Entry Candidates
Direct Entry candidates must also bring their A-Level result(s) in addition to the documents listed above.
