Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic has released the screening schedule for Higher National Diploma (HND) and National Diploma (ND) candidates for the 2025/2026 academic session.

Screening Schedule

Dates: Wednesday, September 17 - Friday, September 19, 2025

Time: 9:00 AM daily

Venue: Respective departmental venues

Required Documents for HND Candidates

HND candidates must present the following original documents:

• ND Statement of Result
• Form Purchase Acknowledgment Slip
• WAEC/NECO Statement of Results
• Letter of Completion of Industrial Attachment

Required Documents for ND Candidates

ND candidates must present:

• JAMB Online Result Printout
• WAEC/NECO Statement of Result
• Form Purchase Acknowledgment Slip

Important Notes

All candidates must bring original credentials for verification at the screening venue. Photocopies will not be accepted for verification purposes.

Names of successful candidates will be published after the screening exercise, and candidates will be notified accordingly.
