Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic ND Supplementary Admission List 2025/2026

Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic has released its third supplementary National Diploma (ND) admission list for the 2025/2026 academic session. Admitted candidates can check their status on the JAMB e-Facility portal and begin the acceptance process starting December 1, 2025.

This is the third supplementary admission list for ND programmes, giving more qualified candidates the opportunity to secure admission for the 2025/2026 session. The list has been uploaded to JAMB's e-Facility portal for candidates to access.

How to Check Your Admission Status

JAMB e-Facility Portal

1. Visit JAMB e-Facility
2. Log in with your JAMB registration number and password
3. Check your admission status
4. If admitted, accept the admission offer
5. Print your JAMB admission letter

Acceptance Fee and Reporting

Acceptance Fee: ₦15,000 (non-refundable)

Payment Start Date: Monday, December 1, 2025 at 12:00 PM

Payment and Reporting Process

1. Accept your admission on JAMB e-Facility
2. Visit Akwa Ibom Poly portal
3. Generate Remita invoice for ₦15,000 acceptance fee
4. Make payment through approved channels
5. Print your payment receipt and Remita invoice
6. Report to your department with all documents for screening

Required Documents for Screening

When reporting to your department, bring:

• JAMB admission letter (original, download from e-Facility)
• Remita payment invoice
• Original payment receipt
• All academic credentials (O'Level results, certificates)
• Birth certificate or age declaration
• Passport photographs

Critical Warning Against Fraud

The polytechnic strongly warns all newly admitted students not to make payments to individuals, relatives, or POS account numbers.

Official Payment Channels ONLY:

• Polytechnic portal-generated Remita invoices
• Designated banks
• Official polytechnic payment points

Anyone requesting payment outside these channels is a scammer. Report such attempts to the polytechnic authorities immediately.
