Key eligibility requirements

• JAMB: Candidates must have written the 2026 UTME and obtained at least 100 marks.
• UTME subjects: English, Biology, Chemistry and Physics are required in the UTME subject combination.
• Institution choice: ACHCONSA must be selected as your first or second choice during JAMB registration.
• O'Level: Credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics — obtainable in not more than two sittings (WAEC, WASSCE, NECO, NABTEB or equivalent).
• Age: Applicants must be at least 17 years old.

The application portal opens on Monday, 27 April 2026. The Post-UTME form fee is ₦25,000, payable online through the college portal.

3. Use the access code to log in and complete the application form with accurate biodata and academic details.

5. Review all entries carefully before final submission to avoid disqualification.

• Prepare scanned copies of your O'Level certificates, UTME result slip, and a clear passport photograph before starting the form.
• Ensure your UTME subject combination matches the programme requirement (English, Biology, Chemistry, Physics).
