Hostel Clearance Checklist
- Book and pay for accommodation.
- Convert the hostel Remita payment slip to an official receipt.
- Prepare an official file jacket.
- Submit one passport photograph.
- Provide a photocopy of the admission letter.
- Returning students: Provide a photocopy of the school ID card.
- Submit one copy of the downloaded Hostel Policy document.
- Pay the hostel maintenance fee.
Where Clearance Holds
The clearance exercise will take place at the Hall Supervisor's Office of each respective hall of residence.
