Babcock University Announces Resumption Dates for 2025/2026 Academic Session

Babcock University has released the resumption schedule for the 2025/2026 academic session. Students are expected to return to campus according to their year levels, with registration requirements clearly outlined.

Resumption Schedule by Year Level

• Year 3 Students: September 1-2, 2025
• Year 2 Students: September 3-4, 2025
• Year 4 and Year 5 Students: September 8-11, 2025

Requirements Before Resumption

Students must complete the following before returning to campus:

• Complete online registration for the new session
• Pay school fees or have sufficient balance in student accounts
• Obtain student receipts for presentation at halls of residence

Important Notice

Only students with proof of payment of school fees, or sufficient balance in their student accounts, will be allowed on campus.

Upon arrival, students should report directly to their respective halls of residence with their payment evidence.

The online registration portal remains open for students to complete their registration. For enquiries, students should contact:

• Designated school officers across different colleges (Medicine, Computing, Science, Nursing, Law, Education, Engineering, etc.)
• The Bursary office for financial matters
