Bingham University Postgraduate Admission 2025/2026: PGD, Master's, PhD Programs

Bingham University has opened applications for its postgraduate programs for the 2025/2026 academic session. Application form sales began on Monday, August 4, 2025.

Available Programs

The university offers postgraduate degrees across multiple disciplines at three levels:

Faculty of Administration:

• Accounting (PGD, Master's, PhD)
• Business Administration (PGD, Master's, PhD)
• Entrepreneurship (PGD, Master's, PhD)

Faculty of Arts and Sciences:

• English & Literary Studies
• Architecture
• Computer Science
• Mass Communication
• Law
• Biochemistry
• Mathematics
• Physics
• Economics
• Sociology
• Political Science

Each offering PGD, Master's, and/or PhD options depending on the department.

Faculty of Clinical Sciences:

• Public Health
• Infectious Disease Control

Engineering:

• Cyber Security (Master's degree)

Admission Requirements

General Requirements (All Programs):

• Five O'Level credits including Mathematics and English Language
• Maximum two sittings
• Results from WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB

PhD Programs:

• Master's degree with minimum CGPA of 4.00/5.00
• Architecture: 3.50 CGPA minimum
• Relevant master's degree in the intended field of study

Master's Programs:

• Bachelor's degree with Second Class Lower division minimum
• OR Postgraduate Diploma with 3.00+ CGPA
• Degree must be from recognized institution

Postgraduate Diploma (PGD):

• First degree (Third Class or higher)
• OR HND with Lower Credit minimum
• Relevant field to desired program

Application Fees

• PhD Programs: ₦30,000 (non-refundable)
• Master's Programs: ₦25,000 (non-refundable)
• PGD Programs: ₦20,000 (non-refundable)

1. Visit pg.portal.binghamuni.edu.ng/apply
2. Create an account on the portal
3. Pay the appropriate non-refundable application fee
4. Complete the online application form
5. Submit required documents
