Borno State University (BOSU) will hold its 6th Matriculation Ceremony and General Orientation for newly admitted students for the 2024/2025 academic session on April 9-10, 2025.

Time: 9:30 AM (students should be seated by 9:00 AM)
Venue: BOSU Premises, Jimtilo, Maiduguri
Who Should Attend
The matriculation ceremony is mandatory for all newly admitted students. This two-day event includes the formal matriculation ceremony and general orientation for new students.

- All University Staff
- All Students
Matriculation and Orientation
Day 1 (April 9): Likely to cover the formal matriculation ceremony where you'll take the matriculation oath and officially become a BOSU student.
Day 2 (April 10): General orientation covering university rules, academic regulations, facilities, student services, and resources available to you.
What to Bring
- Student ID card or admission letter

Important Reminders
Arrive Early: Be seated by 9:00 AM. University ceremonies typically start on time.
