BUK Documentation Exercise for Level 100 and 200 Students

Bayero University Kano (BUK) will conduct a compulsory documentation exercise for current level 100 and level 200 undergraduate students admitted in the 2024/2025 academic session.

Date and Venue

• Dates: Monday, January 19, 2026 to Friday, January 30, 2026
• Venue: Directorate of Examinations, Admissions and Records, New Campus, BUK

Documents Required

Students should come with original and photocopies of the following:

1. JAMB Admission Letter
2. BUK Admission Letter
3. JAMB Acknowledgement Slip (Direct Entry candidates)
4. BUK Direct Entry Screening Acknowledgement Slip (Direct Entry candidates)
5. JAMB Result Slip (UTME candidates)
6. A Level Statement of Result (Direct Entry candidates only)
7. Printed O'Level result(s) with result checker card attached (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, NBAIS, etc.)
8. Primary School Leaving Certificate/Testimonial (optional)
9. Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age
10. Completed Undertaking Form
11. Evidence of Payment of Acceptance Fees
12. Certificate of Medical Fitness
13. Two recent passport photographs

Note: The documentation exercise is compulsory for all affected level 100 and 200 students.
