  • Entry: BSc, MSc, or HND in science

  • Five credits in WAEC or NECO
  • Duration: 9 months
• HND Environmental Health Technology (HND-EHT)

  • Entry: ND in EHT, JAMB letter, SIWES proof

2. • Certificate must come from NBTE-approved school
   • Duration: 2 years
3. HND Health Information Management (HND-HIM)

   • Entry: ND in HIM, JAMB letter, SWISS proof, NBTE ND result

   • Five credits in science subjects
   • Duration: 2 years
4. Diploma Pharmacy Technician (PT)

   • Entry: Five credits in WAEC or NECO

   • Duration: 2 years
5. Returning Course Community Health Extension Worker (R-CHEW)

   • Entry: JCHEW certificate

   • Duration: 2 years
6. Community Health Extension Worker (CHEW)

   • Entry: Five credits in WAEC or NECO

   • Duration: 3 years
7. Diploma Health Education and Promotion (HEP)

   • Entry: Five science credits

   • Duration: 2 years
8. Junior Community Health Extension Worker (JCHEW)

   • Entry: Three credits, two passes in science

   • Duration: 2 years
9. Abridged Environmental Health Technician (EVT)

   • Entry: EVT certificate

   • Duration: 1 year
10. Abridged Diploma Health Info Management (HIT)

• Entry: HIT certificate
• Duration: 1 year

1. Abridged Ordinary Diploma Nutrition and Dietetics (OD-NUD)

• Entry: OD-NUD certificate

How to Apply for CHST Kaltungo Admission Form

• Applications can be done through https://applicant.safapply.com/chstkaltungo the form costs N10,000 for PGD and N7,500 for other programmes
