Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University, COOU required documents for clearance exercise has been released. See the required documents below.

All newly admitted students of Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University (COOU) (formerly known as Anambra State University (ANSU)) who have completed payment of acceptance fee are hereby informed that they are to proceed with their clearance. They are to ensure that they take note of the following documents for 2019/2020 admission clearance exercise.

•  Jamb Result Slip
•  COOU Post Utme Screening Acknowledgement Slip
•  Admission Notification Slip.
•  Acceptance Form
•  COOU School Fees Receipt
•  Local Government Identification Letter.
•  Birth Certificate/affidavit of Age Declaration
•  Student Profile Update
•  Letter of Attestation
•  Letter of Undertaking

PLEASE NOTE:

• Photocopy each of the above mentioned documents three and get an office flat file for each of them.
• Your O’LEVEL result must not be original but I advise you get original jamb result.
• Then buy three office flat file and arrange each of them in the format given to you by your faculty officer.

Go to School Bookshop and buy six (6) files

Arrange the following and put inside the files

3. JAMB Admission Letter (Original in Faculty File)
4. JAMB Result Slip
5. School Fees Online Payment Reciept
6. School Fees Remita Retrieval Reference and the Bank Teller 
7. Acceptance Fee Remita Retrieval Reference and the Bank Teller 
8. Personal Data Form
9. Acceptance of Offer of Admission
10. Students Medical Exam Form
11. Cult Rejection Form
12. Letter of Undertaking
13. University Pledge 
14. Letter of Attestation 
15. Identification Letter from L.G.A
16. Certificate of Birth
17. Course Registration Form (Original in Exam File)
18. One (1) Passport Photograph on each file

NB: Kindly submit the file to the appropriate officer as indicated.
