General entry requirements
- O'Level: Minimum of five (5) credit passes in not more than two sittings, including English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics (or relevant subjects for the chosen programme).
- Awaiting results: Candidates with awaiting results are eligible to apply.
- JAMB: ND applicants should obtain the UTME form and select De Potter College of Health Technology as their first choice where applicable.

Admission form fee: ₦10,000.
