DELSU Approves 2026 Work-Study Aid Scheme for Indigent Students

Delta State University (DELSU) has approved a 2026 Work-Study Aid Scheme to provide on-campus, part-time support for indigent undergraduate students.

About the Scheme

• On-campus, part-time support roles
• Monthly allowance (not a full-time salary)
• Work hours structured around lectures

Eligibility Criteria

• Registered full-time DELSU undergraduate
• Genuine financial need
• CGPA of 2.40 or above
• No serious disciplinary record

Priority Consideration

• Indigent students
• Students without existing scholarships
• Students recommended by their departments or Student Affairs

Application Deadline

Submit applications to the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Administration) on or before Thursday, January 22, 2026.
