Delta State Entrepreneurship Programme 2026: Registration Open for University Students

The Delta State Government has opened registration for the Tertiary Institutions Entrepreneurship Programme (TEP). This initiative aims to identify, nurture, and support students with innovative business ideas, equipping them with entrepreneurial skills and resources to become job creators.

What the Programme Offers

The TEP provides:

• Entrepreneurship training and skill development
• Support for innovative and bankable business ideas
• Resources to help students become job creators rather than job seekers

Eligibility Requirements

To apply, you must:

• Be enrolled at a Delta State-owned university (DELSU, UNIDEL, SDU, or DOU)
• Be of Delta State origin
• Be between 18-35 years old
• Be in 200 Level, 300 Level, or Penultimate Year
• Have a minimum CGPA of 2.5
• Have an innovative, bankable business concept

Required Documents

Prepare the following:

• Recent passport photograph
• Admission letter
• Birth certificate
• Local Government of Origin certificate
• Business plan proposal
