This is to inform the University Community, especially candidates who applied for admission into the university and scored 140 in 2023/2024 Unified Tertiary Admission and Matriculation Examination, UTME, that management has approved reopening of portal to continue admission exercise for candidates who are yet to gain admission for the courses they had applied for.
The foregoing development is aimed at filling up the vacancies in the university carrying capacity allotted by the National Universities Commission, NUC.
All interested candidates by this notice have two (2) weeks within which to apply as the portal, if closed would not be reopened until another admission year.

LATEST UPDATE: It is hereby announced for the information of the general public especially candidates who chose Delta State University of Science and Technology Ozoro as first choice, and bought the institution’s Application Form that the second batch Post-UTME screening exercise has been scheduled to commence as follows;
Date: Tuesday, 17th October, 2023
Venue: University Stadium
Time: 8:00am Prompt
Candidates are to note that the following shall be required for the exercise
- Post-UTME Application Printout
- JAMB/UTME Result Printout
- O’Level Result and Birth Certificate or Sworn Affidavit.

Applications are open to only qualified candidates that scored 140 and above at the 2023 UTME examinations that chose Delta State University of Science and Technology, Ozoro (DSUST) as first choice or have completed the procedures for change of their universities of first choice to the Delta State University of Science and Technology Ozoro.

DSUST Post UTME Screening Requirements for Admission
General Admission Requirements Candidate must possess five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects in the Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination, S.S.C.E or its equivalent at not more than two sittings as contained in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination requirements
For Public Administration and Fine Arts & Industrial Design, candidates are required to possess credit passes in English Language and Mathematics with at least one (1) Science subject, and two (2) other subjects from the Social Sciences or Arts

How to Apply DSUST Post UTME Screening Exercise
Candidates are to apply online by visiting the University website on dsust.edu.ng click on Apply under Admissions and Create Profile, follow the instruction therein and make payment of #2000.00 Two Thousand Naira only) with your preferred payment method (Card, Bank Transfer,etc)
Upon successful payment, upload your passport (not more than 600kb) and in other relevant Information run the following sections then preview for corrections submit and print copy of the filled form
