Prospective candidates are hereby informed that vacancies exist into the Federal Polytechnic, Nekede National Diploma (ND) Regular and Evening Programmes, and Higher National Diploma (HND) Regular and Evening Programmes for the 2023/2024 a academic session in the following departments. HOW TO APPLY FED POLY NEKEDE SUPPLEMENTARY ADMISSION FORM
1. All candidates MUST first go to the school’s website, www.fpno.edu.ng. and click on “Application form’s link” on the home page under student’s menu, choose your desired programme to proceed.
2. Fill your Bio-data in the form and generate an invoice, print or copy out the invoice number, (you can do this on your mobile phone).
3. Proceed to Federal Polytechnic Nekede Microfinance Bank or any bank of your choice and make a payment of (N2,000.00) for ND REGULAR) (12,000.00) FOR ND EVENING) (N15,000.00 FOR HND BOTH REGULAR AND EVENING) only On Remita platform, using RRR number on the invoice you generated. You can also choose to make payment using your VERVE, VISA or MASTER CARD.
If you choose the card payment option, you will be asked to fill the card details for the payment to be processed immediately.
4. Return to the school’s website www.fpno.edu.ng. click on “application form”, and complete your application process.
Submit your data as requested and print out your acknowledgment slip. If you process your payment using your card, you will return to the portal immediately to print your receipt and acknowledgment slip.
5. All Application procedures MUST be completed on or before 12 midnight of 28th February, 2024
Applicants can start and complete this process from any location in the country. It is therefore advisable to minimize trips to Owerri for the purpose of completing the form.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
The entry requirements for all National Diploma (ND) Programmes are as follows
- Five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects including English Language And Mathematics obtained at not more than two sittings in WAEC/NECO or NABTEB (O’leveI Examinations).
- Possession of Appropriate JAMB subjects Combination for the course Applied for
NOTE:
(1) Candidates who did not initially choose any of the courses advertised above Should utilize this opportunity to change course and upload their O’Level Results on JAMB portal in a JAMB accredited CBT centre.
(2) Candidates should ensure that their UTME subject combination qualifies them to study the course of their choice.
(3) Candidates who chose our institution as 2nd or 3rd choice must change to Federal Polytechnic Nekede as their first choice before they will be considered for admission and also note that any wrong information given disqualifies the candidate.

The entry requirements for all National Diploma (ND) Evening Programmes are as follows:
1) Five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects including English Language and Mathematics obtained at not more than two sittings WAEC, NECO or NABTEB (O’level Examinations).
2) Candidates are required to obtain JAMB Part-Time Registration Number from JAMB Office or JAMB Accredited (CBT) Centres Please note that candidates with Nov/Dec. O’level result of year of admission for ND evening programmes are not qualified to apply.

HIGHER NATIONAL DIPLOMA (HND) ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
The entry requirements for all Higher National Diploma HND) Programmes are as follows;
- Candidates are required to possess National Diploma in their chosen programme from any recognized/accredited Polytechnic or Monotechnic.
- Candidates are also to possess at least five (5) relevant O’level credit passes including English Language and Mathematics at not more than Two sittings in WAEC,NECO, NABTEB (O’level Examinations).
- Candidates are required to have at least 12 months or 24 months post National Diploma Industrial Training Experience.
