Students must settle all approved school fees within one month from the date of resumption. Departments have been directed to enforce strict compliance with this timeline.
Late Registration Penalty
Students who fail to complete their fees and registration within the one-month window will face a ₦10,000 late registration charge. This penalty applies to all categories of students.
Registration Process
Complete registration requires clearance from five mandatory units:
- Department
- Registry
- Bursary
- ICT/MIS
- Library
Academic Access Restrictions
The polytechnic has directed academic staff to confirm students' registration status before granting access to:
- Lectures
- Tests
- Practical sessions
Students who have not completed registration across all units will be denied participation in academic activities.
