Payment Deadline

Students must settle all approved school fees within one month from the date of resumption. Departments have been directed to enforce strict compliance with this timeline.

Late Registration Penalty

Students who fail to complete their fees and registration within the one-month window will face a ₦10,000 late registration charge. This penalty applies to all categories of students.

Registration Process

Complete registration requires clearance from five mandatory units:

  1. Department
  2. Registry
  3. Bursary
  4. ICT/MIS
  5. Library

Academic Access Restrictions

The polytechnic has directed academic staff to confirm students' registration status before granting access to:

  • Lectures
  • Tests
  • Practical sessions

Students who have not completed registration across all units will be denied participation in academic activities.

Important Advisory

This directive establishes a structured timeline designed to ensure timely fee payment and comprehensive student registration. Students are strongly advised to complete all requirements promptly to avoid financial penalties and academic disruptions.

The directive was conveyed by the Acting Director of Academic Planning following the 31st Academic Board Meeting.
