Entry Requirements
JAMB Requirements
All candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:
- UTME Score: Minimum of 150 points in the 2025 JAMB UTME examination
- Subject Combination: Must have sat for the correct subject combination for your chosen programme
- Course Selection: FUAMB must be listed as your first choice or you must change to FUAMB on the JAMB portal
O-Level Requirements
Candidates must possess:
- At least five credit passes in WAEC, NECO or NABTEB examinations
- Credits must include English Language and Mathematics
- Additional three credits must be relevant to your chosen programme
- Results can be from one sitting or two sittings maximum
Programme-Specific Requirements
For Agricultural Sciences Programmes:
- Biology or Agricultural Science
- Chemistry
- Physics or Mathematics
For Pure Sciences:
- Biology, Chemistry and Physics (for Biology programme)
- Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics (for Chemistry and Physics programmes)

Step 1: Update JAMB Choice
If you didn't initially select FUAMB as your first choice:
- Log in to your JAMB profile at www.jamb.gov.ng/efacility
- Navigate to "Change of Course/Institution"
- Select FUAMB as your new first choice institution
- Choose your desired programme
- Complete the change of institution process
Step 2: Apply on FUAMB Portal
- Visit the FUAMB application portal at applicant.safapply.com/fuamb
- Click "Create New Application"
- Fill in your personal details accurately
- Enter your JAMB registration number
- Select your programme of study
- Upload required documents
- Pay the application fee online
- Submit your application
