Federal University Gashua (FUGASHUA) has announced the commencement of its 2025 Post-UTME and Direct Entry screening exercise for the 2025/2026 academic session. Here is everything prospective candidates need to know.
Screening Period
Registration and screening runs from Wednesday, 27th August to Sunday, 28th September 2025.
Cut-Off Marks (UTME Candidates)
- General Programmes: 150 and above
- Biochemistry, Computer Science, Microbiology: 170
- Biology: 160
Direct Entry Eligibility
Direct Entry candidates must have selected FUGASHUA as first choice with:
- NCE: Distinction, Credit, or Merit
- IJMB: 6 points and above
- National Diploma (ND): Upper Credit
- HND: Lower Credit and above
Registration Fee
The screening fee is ₦2,000 (Two Thousand Naira only).

Required Documents
- Five O'Level credits including Mathematics and English Language
- Results from previous institutions (for DE candidates)

- Passport photograph (digital format)

- Visit fugashua.edu.ng and create an account using your JAMB number
- Select your entry mode (UTME or Direct Entry)
- Complete the bio-data form
- Provide your academic credentials

- Make payment and submit your application
