Federal University of Health Sciences, Azare (FUHSA) physical screening exercise has been announced for the 2023/2024 admission exercise.

This is to invite all the 2022 UTME admitted candidates of the Federal University of Health Sciences, Azare (FUHSA) for Physical Screening Exercise scheduled to hold as follows:

Wednesday 30th August, 2023

• Medicine & Surgery (MBBS) and Dentistry (BDS) Candidates

Thursday 31st August, 2023

• Nursing Candidates

Friday 1st September, 2023

• Radiography/Nutrition & Dietetic Candidates

Time: 9:00am – 4:00pm Daily

Venue: University ICT Centre, Azare

Candidates must bring originals of all their documents and one set of photocopies. The documents expected are:

Acknowledgement Form (printed from the FUHSA Post-UTME Portal)

 UTME Result slip

O’ Level Result (WAEC|NECO)

A’ Level Result/ First Degree certificate (for Direct Entry only)

Scratch cards for ‘O’ level result(s) submitted

Evidence of Local Government Area of Origin

Birth Certificate or Sworn Affidavit of Age Declaration
