FUHSA uses tiered cut-off marks based on program competitiveness:

Tier 1 (220 points):

Tier 2 (200 points):

• Nursing Sciences
• Optometry
• Physiotherapy

• BMLS (Biomedical Laboratory Science)

Tier 3 (160 points):

Eligibility Requirements

To apply for FUHSA Post-UTME:

• Wrote 2025 JAMB UTME
• Scored the minimum cut-off for your chosen program
• Selected FUHSA as first choice institution
• Five O'Level credits including English, Mathematics, Physics, Biology, and Chemistry
• Maximum two sittings for O'Level results
• Appropriate UTME subject combination for your program

Application Fee: ₦2,000

Registration Period: August 7-21, 2025

Physical Screening: August 26-29, 2025

Physical Screening

Venue: FUHSA Campus, Azare, Bauchi State
