The Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo (FUHSO), has opened applications for its 2026/2027 Remedial Science Programme. The nine-month programme is designed to prepare eligible candidates for further study and includes academic support as well as a JAMB/UTME clinic.
Entry requirements
Applicants should have at least three O'Level credits, including English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and one of Biology, Agricultural Science, or Geography, as specified in the official notice.
Progression and placement conditions
Successful participants may be considered for placement into FUHSO degree programmes when they meet the stated conditions. These include scoring at least 50% in each subject, maintaining at least 75% attendance, selecting FUHSO as their first choice, and meeting the applicable cut-off requirement.
Application fee and deadline
The non-refundable application fee is ₦10,000. The official notice states that forms are available from 7 August 2026 through 31 October 2026. The application portal currently displays a closing time of 23:59 on 31 October 2026.
