FUKashere Registration and Documentation Exercise for New Students, 2021/2022

The Federal University, Kashere (FUKASHERE) has announced its registration exercise for the newly admitted students of the 2021/2022 academic session. See details below.

This is to inform you that Registration and Documentation will commence from Monday, 10th to Sunday, 23rd January 2022 while late Registration starts from Monday, 24th to Sunday, 06th February 2022.

Find below the registration procedure and documentation requirement for your guidance, please:

FUKASHERE REGISTRATION PROCEDURE:

1. Log on to http://fuk.admissions.cloud to print your Admission Letters and other documents.

ii. Go to your respective Departments for clearance

III. Go to Admission Office for clearance and issuance of Registration Pin Number

iv. Log on to fuk.safsrms.com for payment of Registration fees using the pin number

 v. Go Bursary Department for University stamp on your Payment Receipt

I. Admission Screening Form for 2021/2022 Academic Session

ii. Provisional Admission Letter

iii. JAMB Original Result Slip/Change of Course Institution Slip (coloured) UTME Candidates

iv. JAMB Acknowledgement Slip Change of Course/Institution Slip (coloured) DE Candidates

v. JAMB Original Admission Letter (Institution Copy) (coloured)

vi. Acceptance Letter vii. O’ level Statement of Result(s) (browsed copy/Certificate

viii. Scratch card for the ‘O’ level verification

ix. A’ level Statement of Result/Certificate (DE Candidates)

x. Certificate of Primary Education

xi. Certificate of Origin Indigene

xii. Certificate of Birth/Declaration of age

xiii. Two (2) Passport Photograph
