FULOKOJA New Students' Registration and Clearance Guide 2025/2026

Federal University Lokoja (FULOKOJA) has announced that registration and clearance for newly admitted students for the 2025/2026 academic session has commenced.

Before You Begin

Ensure the following before starting your registration:

• Your admission must be approved on JAMB's Central Admission Processing System (CAPS)
• You must have accepted the offer of admission approved by JAMB

Step-by-Step Registration Process

Step 1: Acceptance of Offer

1. Visit www.fulokoja.edu.ng
2. Log in with your JAMB Registration Number
3. Pay N20,000 acceptance charge via REMITA
4. Print your Admission Letter and Letter of Undertaking

Step 2: O'Level Verification

Upload a fresh examination scratch card (NECO/NABTEB) or share your WAEC certificate through the portal.

Step 3: School Charges Payment

Pay your fees through the Student Portal using REMITA services.

Step 4: Physical Registration (On Resumption)

Conduct medical fitness test and complete course registration online.

Step 5: Clearance

Submit required documents to your department.

• Student Bio-Data Form (Form 01)
• JAMB Result Slip (UTME candidates)
• JAMB Admission Letter duplicate
• O'level results
• Medical Certificate of Fitness
• Course Registration forms
• Ten passport photographs (red background)
• Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age
• Certificate of Local Government origin
