Students who received more NELFUND loan disbursement than their actual school fees owe must refund the excess amount immediately.

Refund Process

Follow these steps to complete your refund:

  1. Report to the Students' Union Building on campus
  2. Meet with the Director of Finance and Director of Treasury
  3. Collect the generated RRR (Remita Retrieval Reference) for your refund amount
  4. Complete payment using the RRR through Remita payment channels

Deadline and Consequences

Deadline: All refunds must be completed on or before the end of the lecture-free week.

Consequence of Non-Compliance: Students who fail to refund within the deadline will be barred from examinations. The overpayment will be treated as outstanding fees on your account.
