Refund Process
Follow these steps to complete your refund:
- Report to the Students' Union Building on campus
- Meet with the Director of Finance and Director of Treasury
- Collect the generated RRR (Remita Retrieval Reference) for your refund amount
- Complete payment using the RRR through Remita payment channels
Deadline and Consequences
Deadline: All refunds must be completed on or before the end of the lecture-free week.
Consequence of Non-Compliance: Students who fail to refund within the deadline will be barred from examinations. The overpayment will be treated as outstanding fees on your account.
