Applications are invited from qualified candidates for admission into the Federal University Otuoke Business School (FUOBS) for the 2026/2027 academic session. FUOBS offers Certificate/Short Courses, Postgraduate Diploma (PGD), Executive/Professional Master’s, regular Master of Science (M.Sc.), and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) programmes. Learning modes include hybrid, in-person, or strictly virtual delivery where available.

Entry Requirements (Summary)
Certificate Programmes
Minimum of five (5) passes including English Language and Mathematics at O'Level (or equivalent).
PGD Programmes
- Five credit passes including English Language and Mathematics at O'Level, and
- Bachelor's degree (not lower than third class) in a relevant discipline, OR
- Bachelor's degree (second-class lower) in a non-related field, OR
- HND with Upper Credit in a relevant field
Executive / Professional Masters
- Minimum five (5) years relevant work experience, and
- Bachelor's degree, HND, or PGD in any discipline
Regular M.Sc.
- Bachelor's degree with at least Second Class Lower, OR
- PGD with CGPA of 3.00 (5-point scale) or 2.50 (4-point scale)
Regular Ph.D.
Master's degree with minimum CGPA of 3.5 (5-point scale) in a related discipline.
Duration
- Certificate / Short Course: 3 weeks to 6 months
- PGD: Full-time 2–4 semesters; Part-time 4–6 semesters
- Masters (Regular & Executive): 2–4 semesters
- Ph.D.: 6–8 semesters
Application Fees & Payment
- Certificate Programmes – ₦25,000
- PGD, M.Sc., Ph.D. – ₦30,000
- Executive/Professional Masters – ₦50,000
Payment is made online through the FUO portal via Remita as instructed on the application page.
How to Apply
- Visit the Federal University Otuoke website: https://fuotuoke.edu.ng/
- Locate and click the FUOBS / Business School application link.
- Generate an invoice (use your phone number as required), pay the non-refundable application fee via Remita at any bank or payment point.
- Return to the portal, complete and submit the online application form, and print a hard copy.
- Provide referees' names and emails online — referees will submit reports electronically. Hard copies of referee reports are also required where specified.
- Request official transcripts from previous institutions and have them sent to the Secretary, FUO Business School (address below) or attach/send as instructed by the school.
Referees & Transcripts
- Referee details are submitted online; referees will be asked to upload reports electronically.
- Applicants must also submit hard copies of referee reports where requested; applications without referee reports may not be processed.
- Transcripts should be requested from previous institutions and sent to the school as part of the application requirements.
