Application Procedure
The transfer process involves several steps that students must follow carefully:
- Payment: Complete online payment of a non-refundable fee of ₦10,000
- Receipt: Obtain a stamped receipt from the Bursary department
- Form Collection: Collect the Transfer Form from the Office of the Registrar
- Form Completion: Complete the form and submit to your current Head of Department
- Review Process: The form proceeds through Departmental and Faculty Boards of both the present and intended programmes
- Senate Approval: "Approval is not automatic." The Senate must grant final approval before students proceed to their new programme
- JAMB Regularization: Successful applicants must regularize their new programme with JAMB before graduation
