The Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA) has begun distributing provisional accommodation offers to students for the 2025/2026 academic session through the Office of the Dean of Students.
Payment Requirements
Students who receive accommodation offers must complete the following steps:
- Generate an invoice through the designated system
- Obtain a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) number
- Transfer ₦45,000 to the FUTA Accommodation Fees account via any bank using the Remita platform
- Confirm payment on the student portal to finalize room allocation
Critical Deadline
Students must confirm their payment on the portal to complete the room allocation process within 48 hours of receiving the offer.
Important Warning
Failure to comply with payment and confirmation procedures within the specified timeframe will result in automatic revocation of the accommodation offer. Students are advised to act promptly upon receiving their provisional offers.
