FUTB Examination Card Signing Deadline: Complete Process Before March 20, 2026

The Federal University of Technology, Babura (FUTB) has announced that all students must complete their examination card signing process by Friday, 20th March 2026. This is a mandatory requirement before students can sit for examinations.

Three-Step Verification Process

Students must complete the following steps in order:

Step 1: Academic Verification

Report to your Level Coordinator for an academic check. The coordinator will verify:

• Registered courses
• Total course units
• Carry-over course registration (if applicable)

Once verified, the coordinator will sign and stamp your examination card.

Step 2: Financial Clearance

Proceed to the Bursary Department with your proof of payment. Important: You must have paid a minimum of 60% of your current session's school fees before approval can be granted.

Step 3: Examination Office Approval

The University Examination Officer will provide the final signature only after confirming that both previous steps have been completed successfully.

Important Warnings

• No alterations are permitted on examination cards
• Lost card replacement fee: ₦500
• Complete the process well before the deadline to avoid examination disruptions

Students who fail to complete the examination card signing process by the deadline risk being denied entry to examination halls. Ensure you begin the process early to avoid last-minute complications.
