FUTIA Admission List 2025/2026 Now Available on JAMB CAPS: How to Check Your Status

The Federal University of Technology, Ikot-Abasi (FUTIA) has released its provisional admission list for the 2025/2026 academic session. Candidates who participated in the admission screening exercise can now verify their status through the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS).

How to Check Your FUTIA Admission Status

Follow these steps to confirm whether you've been offered admission:

1. Visit the JAMB e-facility portal at efacility.jamb.gov.ng
2. Log in using your registered email address and password
3. Click on "Check Admission Status"
4. Select "Access my CAPS"
5. View your "Admission Status" to see the result

If you've been admitted, the system will display a congratulatory message along with your passport photograph. Candidates not yet admitted will see a message stating "Sorry No Admission has been Given Yet."

What to Do If You're Admitted

Successful candidates have a four-week window to accept or decline their admission offer. Here's how to respond:

• Send ACCEPT or REJECT as an SMS to 55019 or 66019
• Use the phone number you registered on the JAMB portal
• If your phone number isn't registered, visit any JAMB-accredited center for assistance

Important tip: Mobile users may need to request the desktop site version (especially in Chrome) to access the complete CAPS interface, as the mobile version sometimes displays limited options.
