General Admission Requirements
PhD Programme
- Master's degree from FUTMINNA or any recognized university
- Minimum weighted score of 60% or Grade B (CGPA 3.50/5.00)
- Research proposal required
- Duration: 6-10 semesters (full-time); 10-14 semesters (part-time)
Master's Degree Programme
- Minimum Second Class Honours (Lower Division)
- Third Class with 2+ years experience may be considered (qualifying exam may be required)
- HND (Lower Credit) + relevant PGD accepted
- Duration: 3-6 semesters (full-time only)
- Minimum CGPA of 2.50 must be maintained each semester
Postgraduate Diploma Programme
- Third Class Honours degree in relevant field
- HND with Lower Credit + 1 year experience acceptable
- Duration: 3-6 semesters
- Minimum CGPA 1.50 required
Important: Candidates with PASS grade at OND or HND level do not qualify for any programme. Science-based background is preferred.
Additional Fees
- Qualifying examination (if required): ₦2,000
- Acceptance fee (upon provisional admission): ₦20,000 (non-refundable)
