This is to notify all candidates admitted in the 2021/2022 academic session admission exercise that screening and registration exercise will commence on Monday, December 12, 2022 at the FUTO ICTC and SOBS Hall (1st floor of the old SEET Head Building) as follows ;

• FUTO PUTME Screening Result Slip
• O’level statement of Results 
• Confirmation of Admission form printed from FUTO portal 
• FUTO Admission Letter 
• Development Levy Receipt 
• School Fees Receipt 
• Candidate’s profile Slip
• Original validity form with passport 
• Signed Acceptance letter 
• Birth Certificate 
• LGA Identification Letter
• Direct Entry candidates: A’Level certificate, OND/HND/Degree statements of results (for Direct Entry candidates only)
