Gombe State University (GOMSU) has opened online registration for its 2026/2027 Post-UTME and Direct Entry screening exercise. The registration window runs from Wednesday, July 1, 2026 to Friday, July 31, 2026.
Who Is Eligible?
Candidates must have chosen Gombe State University as their first-choice institution on the JAMB portal and meet the required UTME score for their programme.
GOMSU Cut-Off Marks by Programme
- 150: Agriculture, Education, Environmental Sciences, Arts and Social Sciences
- 160: Architecture, Science Laboratory Technology, Physiology, Anatomy, Pharmacology, Human Nutrition and Dietetics
- 180: Computer Science
- 190: Public Health
- 200: Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing and Law
Direct Entry Requirements
Direct Entry applicants may use NCE, IJMB, Advanced Level GCE or Diploma qualifications, but the qualification must be in the same course being applied for.
Screening Fee
Eligible candidates are required to pay a non-refundable screening fee of N2,000 through the university's online screening portal.
How to Register
- Visit the GOMSU Post-UTME registration portal.
- Enter your JAMB registration number and select Get Details.
- Pay the screening fee online using ATM card, bank transfer, USSD or Visa QR.
- Complete the form to create your UTME/DE screening account.
- Select Register and confirm that your captured details are correct.
- Generate and print the two-page data form.
What to Print and Bring for Screening
- Page 1: Candidate registration details.
- Page 2: Post-UTME Test (CBT) exam card.
- Attach photocopies of your credentials to Page 1.
- Bring the printed pages, photocopies and original credentials to your department for physical screening.
Important Notes
- Changes to state of origin, local government area and date of birth will not be accepted after registration and screening.
