GOMSU Pre-Degree Admission 2025/2026: Application Guide and Requirements

Gombe State University (GOMSU) has opened applications for its Pre-Degree Programme through the newly rebranded School of Pre-Degree and Allied Programmes (SPAP). This two-semester programme prepares students for entry into undergraduate programs at GOMSU and other Nigerian universities.

• Pre-Degree Medicine (MBBS) and Allied fields
• Pharmacy and allied studies
• Natural and Applied Sciences
• Environmental Sciences
• Management and Social Sciences
• Law, Arts, and Humanities

Programme Overview

The two-semester pre-degree curriculum is designed to:

• Prepare candidates for UTME/JAMB examinations
• Strengthen academic foundation in chosen fields
• Improve chances of meeting national cutoff scores
• Facilitate entry into GSU and other institutions

Eligibility Requirements

Minimum entry requirements:

• Three (3) RELEVANT credit passes in WAEC/NECO/NABTEB or equivalent
• Two (2) passes in related subjects
• Results must be from recognized examination bodies

Important Notes
