BSU Notice on Matriculation Oath and University Anthem: What Every New Student Should Know

Benue State University (BSU), Makurdi, has issued an important notice to all newly admitted students regarding the Matriculation Oath Form and the University Anthem. The University clarifies that these documents are NOT FOR SALE and should not be obtained from any individuals or groups outside official channels.

All successfully screened and registered students are advised to download the Matriculation Oath Form and University Anthem directly from the University’s official website in preparation for their upcoming Matriculation Ceremony. Relying solely on official sources helps protect students from fraud and unauthorized charges.

Beware of Fraudulent Activities

This warning comes after reports of certain individuals exploiting fresh students by falsely offering the Oath Form and Anthem for a fee. BSU strongly cautions students to avoid engaging in any such transactions, as doing so is at their own risk.

• Do not make any payments or purchases for matriculation-related documents from unauthorized sources.
