Practical checklist — before you go

To make the process smooth, prepare the items below before presenting your evidence of payment:

1. Original and photocopy of your valid student ID or identification (national ID, passport, or driver’s licence)
2. Printed evidence of payment (bank teller, payment confirmation or electronic receipt)
3. Passport photograph(s) as required by the college or TRCN
4. Any academic documents or letters requested by your department (where applicable)
5. Phone number and email address for contact and follow up

Keep electronic and physical copies of receipts. Ask for an official acknowledgement or receipt from the administrative office after submitting your evidence.
